The English Montessori School is a private co-educational school which caters to the educational needs of students of the Spanish and International communities in Madrid.

The school is recognised by both the Spanish Ministry of Education and Culture as a foreign British centre and by Great Britain as a British School in Spain.

Children from the age of three to eighteen years of age are admitted to a complete and highly successful educational experience.

Though the majority of students are Spanish, numerous nationalities are represented in the student population.

Traditionally TEMS students rank among the best of the students throughout the Spanish and International schools in Madrid, on external exams taken by those students. Accordingly, all graduates of the senior school go on to higher education.

Mi experiencia en el Colegio Vegasur ha sido muy especial, ya que he tenido la oportunidad de conocer el centro desde diferentes perspectivas: como alumna, como profesional en la escuela infantil y como docente en prácticas en el segundo ciclo de Educación Infantil. Esto me ha permitido conocer de cerca su funcionamiento, su equipo educativo y su compromiso con la educación y el desarrollo integral del alumnado.

Guardo un recuerdo muy positivo de mi paso por el centro, tanto a nivel personal como profesional. Estoy agradecida por las experiencias y los aprendizajes adquiridos, que han contribuido a mi crecimiento y a mi vocación docente. Sin duda, es un centro con el que mantengo un vínculo especial.

Fatal trato al alumnado, con gritos, desprecio, insultos, etiquetas, etc, además de que no se esfuerzan por darles atención individualizada. Creo que es inaceptable. Lo mínimo es el RESPETO, y más si se trata de niños con discapacidad auditiva o intelectual.
Por otro lado, el centro es tan antiguo que se cae a pedazos por dentro, pero eso es lo que menos me preocupa viendo el panorama
